MultiCare Nurses Home Health Ranks Among Top-Tier Home Health Agencies in the United States

MultiCare Nurses Home Health is proud to announce its ranking by The HomeCare Elite as one of the top 25% home care agencies in the United States based on quality, improvement and financial performance!
The HomeCare Elite report is published by Outcome Concept Systems (OCS), a health care outcomes reporting agency. The HomeCare Elite is the compilation of the most successful home care providers in the United States. This ground breaking review names the top agencies whose performance measures in quality, improvement and financial performance are the best in the United States.
To create the top 25% list, OCS used publicly available data from Home Health Compare and the CMS Cost Reports. Three areas of performance were included in the calculation of the score: Quality of Care, Quality Improvement and Financial Performance. Data used was from the last half of 2005 and the first half of 2006. Every agency's performance in each of the three areas was compared against the performance of other organizations in the state and in the country. The three areas were combined into one total score, using a weighting methodology that gives the greatest importance to Quality of Care.
